Version 4.2 is an update for the Sidexis 4 imaging software that primarily makes intraoral x-rays more convenient. With the “Exposure Advisor” feature, the software helps by directly assessing the illumination of the images and adjusting the parameters for future imaging if necessary. Another important feature is the expansion of the open interfaces that Sidexis 4 provides. The software can be integrated optimally into the practice and now also enables the import of 3D DICOM data from third party suppliers. The high-performance and user-friendly Sidexis 4 software connects all Dentsply Sirona x-ray units and treatment centers and combines them to provide a linked complete solution.
