The Eez-Touch Disposable Prophy Angle is the third of Sunstar America’s 2007 product launches to focus on comfort and clinical success. Sunstar Americas introduces the first disposable prophy angle designed for the comfort of both the patient and the hygienist. Prophylactic cleaning procedures are now easier, cleaner, and faster, which enhances the overall experience for the clinician and the patient. Recognizing that clinician comfort was a strong demand in the dental hygiene market, Sunstar Americas developed the Eez- Touch Prophy Angle to reduce vibration and hand/finger fatigue. Vibrations are absorbed from the spinning cup, and the new angle is in a soft, cushiony, latex-free material. This design is reliable and splatter resistant, as are the others on the market, but it also fulfills the need for comfort that hygienists and assistants need after the hours spent each day performing cleanings and polishings.
