Enhanced Cutting Durability
Built to deliver strong, reliable cutting performance safely and efficiently, the Z99L features NSK’s proprietary DURAPOWER CHUCK for a more consistent and powerful grip.
Additionally, the Z99L has optimized bearings that ensure reduced wear and enhanced performance, as well as refined internal gears help to evenly distribute operational loads throughout the handpiece. Together, these features enhance cutting durability.
Improved Accessibility
Designed with a 100º angled head, the Z99L offers improved accessibility, while its titanium body is lighter than other electric handpieces in its class, enhancing clinician comfort during treatment. The titanium body also features a microtextured, nonslip, scratch-resistant surface.
“The Ti-Max Z99L has a titanium body and is noticeably lighter than other electric handpieces, so it doesn’t put extra pressure on my hand, wrist, and fingers when I’m doing certain angulations and pushing down,” Dr. Samaddar added. “It’s a comfortable size that fits my hand very ergonomically. I also like the 100º angled head. Some patients have very limited opening in the posterior, and because of its size and angulation, the Ti-Max Z99L allows me to easily access those areas.”
A Must-Have Workhorse
The handpiece is designed with a unique head design that limits heat generation by dispersing the heat that’s generated during treatment. Clinicians will also find greater flexibility with the handpiece’s Two-Way Water Function, which allows them to switch between jet and mist irrigation with a simple flip of a switch.
