A Time-Saving Matrix System

The iMatrix Clear Sectional Matrix System is designed to save clinicians both time and effort while ensuring consistent restorations. Manufactured with a unique undercut design for greater visibility and improved handling, the nickel titanium (NiTi) rings—available in Narrow and Standard—offer optimal and consistent tooth separation, while being strong enough to avoid slipping.

Clear Bands and Wedges

In addition to outstanding NiTi spring strength and memory, the rings' convenient M-shaped tines provide guiding rails for the wedges, which perfectly match the ring tines for easy entry and a superb seal. Rings also are stackable for multiple restorations.

The matrix system also includes clear mylar matrix bands and clear interproximal wedges, which allow ample light to pass through for complete curing and uniform restorations.

The color-coded matrices—available in 4.5-, 5.5-, and 6.5-mm sizes—leave the composite with a more polished and contoured finish than typically found with traditional stainless-steel matrices.

Also included is an assorted composite polishing kit that allows for fast and easy composite adjustments without polishing paste, while providing a smooth and polished occlusal surface. The reusable, 3-step polishing system eliminates restoration abrasiveness on opposing dentition.
