It’s a common condition, and chances are almost all of us will either grind our teeth or clench our jaw as a direct response to stress. In fact, statistics tell a

Some patients try inexpensive sports mouthguards readily available in stores, while others work with their dentists for a more custom-fitted device, using impressions and stone models. No Impressions Needed
There is no need for impressions, stone models, laboratory fees, or multiple fitting appointments. GrindRelief PRO can be fitted by a dentist, chairside assistant, or hygienist and takes about only 10 minutes to complete. The quick fitting time results in less chair time for patients, and a more efficient office workflow. All that’s needed is a cup of hot water.
“It’s very easy to work with and is really comfortable for the patient,” commented Dr. White. “It’s also fast—it takes me only about 6 minutes to fabricate.”
An added advantage is that the GrindRelief PRO can be softened and re-fitted as often as needed, which is particularly useful for children whose dentition changes or adult patients who may undergo multiple restorative or prosthetic procedures.
Simply Reheat and Remold
“I’ve found this product to be much better than other, similar mouth guards I’ve used because it’s so easy to work with,” Dr. White said. “After a restoration, the original appliance might no longer fit properly, so I just reheat and remold it—and this can be done over and over again.”
