OMNICHROMA FLOW
The first one-shade flowable composite to match every tooth color from A1 to D4

Some say that variety is the spice of life, and that filling your days with different activities, interests,
“When I was in dental school, we had two brands of small particle composite resin that were slightly different colors—yellow or a little less yellow,” recalled Dr. Mike Malone. “I watched that concept evolve until we had multiple brands of different types of composites, such as microfills and hybrids, each of which had many different shades. I felt that I had to purchase them all to stay up with the times.”
Clear Out Your Composite DrawerFast-forward to today, where OMNICHROMA FLOW has been the composite of choice for Dr. Malone, who also uses Tokuyama’s Estelite Omega for more complex anterior restorations. Based on Tokuyama’s proprietary Smart Chromatic Technology, OMNICHROMA FLOW is the first one-shade flowable composite designed to esthetically match every color of tooth from A1 to D4. Thanks to its flowable consistency, it addresses a wider range of restorative needs in the anterior and posterior.
“OMNICHROMA FLOW works well for most restorations, but I really enjoy using it for Class Vs. It is so easy to place and will blend in with all shades of teeth,” explained Dr. Malone. “The handling is ideal for me because, when it comes to flowables, it’s in the middle range—not too runny and not too thick.”
The Freedom of One Choice
OMNICHROMA FLOW’s syringe packaging makes it easy to dispense the material, which stays in place even when applied in layers. Its unique shadematching effect allows it to blend invisibly with surrounding tooth structure, while high polishability and stain resistance further enhance esthetics. When necessary, OMNICHROMA BLOCKER FLOW can be used prior to placing OMNICHROMA FLOW to prevent shade-matching interference.
“There was definitely a need in the market for single-shade composites, as dentists were stuck buying multiple packages of different composites to match shades,” said Dr. Malone. “Now, with the advent of color-matching resins like OMNICHROMA FLOW, we can return to using fewer brands and shades—making life easier for restorative dentists.”
