After a direct composite restoration is placed, some patients may report some kind of post-operative sensitivity. One of the reasons why this post-operative sensitivity may occur is the bonding technique used when placing the restoration. In order to avoid post-operative sensitivity related to bonding procedures, there are different approaches that can be taken.
