After graduating from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2003, Dr. Berk completed a general practice residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, before embarking on his journey as a general dentist. Predictable Results
When patients are more relaxed during procedures, I'm able to obtain more predictable results, especially with mandibular blocks.
Recently, when treating an extremely anxious patient who had been previously difficult to get numb, I buffered my anesthetic and was able to get great results. That patient is now more confident during procedures, knowing they can get comfortably numb.
