I have always been fascinated by the ever-expanding technological advances in dental equipment and materials and how these developments have facilitated the practice of dentistry. Every year I enthusiastically look forward to the California Dental Association’s annual conference. I enjoy spending hours exploring every exhibit, stopping at every booth, and talking to the vendors in order to gain a better understanding of their products.
As a DPS evaluator, I gain first-hand knowledge of new dental products entering the market and also have an opportunity to help colleagues make educated informed decisions regarding the products they incorporate into their practices.
As a child growing up, I was enamored with art. As I continued through junior high and high school, I became fascinated with biology. Dentistry has given me the option of combining my desire for artistic creativity with a passion for scientific discovery while at the same time striving to help people. Family and cosmetic dentistry has provided me the means to do what I love by offering my patients a combination of preventative, restorative, and esthetic treatment while being involved in their lives in an ongoing basis.
