Brush&Bond MAX
The next generation of Parkell’s tried-and-true Brush&Bond adhesive, Brush&Bond MAX is a comprehensive 3-in-1 solution that contains etching, adhesive, and desensitizing agents in one bottle. During application, the need to scrub the preparation is eliminated entirely. Simply dip the applicator brush into a bottle of Brush&Bond MAX and touch the brush to the tooth.
“It’s been a game changer for improving the adhesion of self-adhesive resin cements when inserting crowns on short, tapered, minimally retentive preps—especially second molars,” said Michael Karter, DDS. Brush&Bond MAX penetrates tubules deeply and seals them tightly, strengthening adhesion while preventing postop sensitivity.
Predicta Bioactive Cement
Part of the Predicta Bioactive restorative line, including Predicta Bulk, Predicta Desensitizer, and Predicta Core, the newly launched Predicta Bioactive Cement is a self-adhesive, self-etching, dual-cure resin cement designed to seal out microleakage. Continuously releasing and recharging calcium, phosphate, and fluoride ions, its low film thickness allows for complete seating of restorations. “An after-hours unassisted crown insertion visit was executed easily with the aid of this cement,” said Dr. Joseph Ritz.
Dr. David Fang has been equally impressed. “It handles great, is viscous without slumping, and, once in place, it sets up very quickly. I like the consistency and the quick self-cure time while still giving plenty of working time,” he said.
Predicta Bioactive Cement forms a dense layer of hydroxyapatite across microgaps, effectively alleviating or preventing microleakage, one of the primary causes of recurrent decay.
TurboSensor+
The new TurboSensor+ is packed with upgraded features, including a new IntelliSense processor compatible with all market-leading 30K inserts, a new detachable and autoclavable handpiece for better instrument reprocessing, a new tap-on purge feature for waterline cleansing, and new colors to complement any office décor. By applying extra pressure on the foot pedal, TurboSensor+ also can be set to turbo mode for easier plaque removal.
