Admira Fusion
All ceramic-based direct universal restorative material with nano ormocer technology
Find out why Dr. Gerald Curatola believes that Admira Fusion:
- Represents one of the greatest advances in the biochemistry of dental materials in decades
- Offers excellent versatility for use in a variety of restorative conditions

"I believe the ORMOCER (organically modified ceramic) technology developed by VOCO is among the greatest advances in the biochemistry of dental materials in decades.
Breakthrough Biochemistry
As a biologically minded restorative dentist, I readily embrace the use of Admira Fusion in my practice for its unique chemistry as a BPA-free restorative material. I believe the ORMOCER (organically modifi ed ceramic) technology developed by VOCO is among the greatest advances in the biochemistry of dental materials in decades. It could almost be considered a "liquid ceramic" restorative material.
ORMOCER technology eliminates so many controversial compounds, most notably bisphenols such as bisphenol-A, which were a basic component of the old BIS-GMA composites that have been implicated in so many toxicities in the human body, including cancer.
Restore Universally
Admira Fusion is completely universal, which means it is compatible with all conventional bonding agents. The same material can be used in a myriad of restorative situations from Class I to Class V, which eliminates the need for multiple material choices. It has excellent strength and intraoral performance, minimizing the need for costly or time-consuming repairs, as was the case with many composites in the past. That said, it can replace the need for some indirect restorations and help free up more chair time in the operatory.
In a profession where time is money, Admira Fusion saves time through its great physical properties. It is easy to apply and work with chairside, and it finishes and polishes easily—all factors that save me time, which is just as good as money!
