Perfect Your Denture Game with Preat eFiber and Perma Mesh
I can only imagine how mortifying it must be to have a broken denture or partial. My immediate thought would be that I want it fixed fast and I want it to look good and be strong. To get all of those elements requires skill and the right tools and materials.
PREAT has two materials for the repair of dentures: eFiber and Perma Mesh.
eFiber is a BIS GMA and PMMA impregnated glass fiber designed for both chairside and laboratory applications, such as direct bonding, repairing and reinforcing partial and full dentures, nightguards, sleep apnea devices, non-metallic Maryland bridges, Surface retained bridges, Inlay and hybrid bridge frames, Full cover crown bridges, Temporary bridges, and Temporary bridges for healing period of implants.
Perma Mesh can be used on crowns and bridges as well as removable partial dentures and full dentures.
PREAT is the only dental company to manufacture and offer eFiber, which is a strong, opaque glass fiber impregnated with PMMA resin and Bis GMA. It can be light cured to any shape for bonded reinforcement to acrylic resins, composites, and tooth enamel. Dentists can use it chairside or it can be used in the dental lab for direct bonding, repair, and reinforcement of full dentures, nightguards, sleep apnea devices, and a variety of bridges, as well as during implant healing.
With 1000% more strength than metal reinforcement, Perma Mesh is a thin opaque eglass fiber mesh impregnated with PMMA.
It can be placed wet or activated with Bis GMA (light cure) or a thin mix of PMMA. The material, which can be placed anywhere, is easy to grind and finish. It works with all monomers, is easy to handle, and doesn't require any special tools
The eFiber and Mesh Starter Kit comes with two 10 cm sticks of eFiber (1.2 mm and 1.6 mm), 45 cm of Perma Mesh, wetting agent, adhesive, flowable composite with extra tips, a goats hair polisher, and 244 Blue Polish. It also includes technical DVDs, a promotional DVD, and custom flyers.
